WMPC Summer 2019 – Badminton Camp
The WMPC are running their annual Badminton camp during the Summer 2019. It consists of three days every week over four weeks in August. Each day see experience coaches deliver intense badminton training for those keen and driven badminton players of ALL levels.
Lorraine Cole and Julia Mann along with several guest coaches, will write and deliver two, two hour programs each day. Players are given time over lunch to recouporate and re-fuel either in the onsite cafe (Costa) or consuming their own packed lunches (NOT provided by the PC). Players do need to bring plenty of fluids to re-hydrate during training.
Sessions will vary each day to include specific routines, comprising of footwork, shot production, then their is also the advise on both techniques and tactics, amongst plenty of other useful information and advise as well as the ‘physical stuff’.
