WMPC - Summer Camp 2018 - WEEK 1

FOUR hours a day - THREE days a week - FOUR weeks in August.

Everything starts at 10.00am and finishes at 4.00pm. Allowing you time for lunch (bring a packed lunch), refuel and recuperate ready for the PM session.

Lorraine Cole as always, has a team of coaches helping her out over the three weeks, including Julia Mann (GB and England coach). The program promises to be packed full of information, routines and you go home at the end of it a better player.
